The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, providing us with any information we needed and organizing visits for us. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable.

Stayed in a lovely room near the top of the riad, with access to a beautiful rooftop terrace. The location was perfect, right in the center of the bustling Medina, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing delicious vegan meals and even purchasing non-dairy milk for us. The hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding, making us feel like VIP guests.
Minor improvement would be to have a waste bin in the room.

The rooftop terrace was amazing, offering fine views of the neighborhood. I loved how it was divided into different areas, providing privacy for everyone. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to keep our luggage during our Sahara trip. As a music enthusiast, I was thrilled to find two guitars in the patio. The hotel itself had a charming oriental flare that added to the overall experience. The pool was perfect for a refreshing swim, and the food was deliciously prepared with love and care. The tranquil atmosphere of the riad provided a much-needed escape from the bustling souk. I highly recommend this hotel.
